Nuffield Lane

Nuffield Lane is the laneway that runs through a large chunk of Newmarket’s retailers. The lane is currently used as a delivery and rubbish collection back street with occasional foot traffic from people passing by or workers on break out the back of their retailer. I’ve identified that this space has a lot of potential for an activation that would transform the area and create a new triangle of foot traffic between the trainstation, Broadway’s Remuera rd intersection and the new Westfield Shopping Centre.
